Welcome

Jasmine Holdings was formed in the mid 1990’s by George Cowie and Neil Stewart to hold their share in three Businesses in Aberdeen, James Aiken Sheetmetal, Printagraph and Aiken Offshore which is now Aiken Group.

Although these Businesses provide a very diverse range of Products and Services, there are similarities in the way that they have all built up solid reputations throughout the North-east and beyond for consistently providing quality, service and value to their clients.

The Jasmine Link

The formation of Jasmine allowed George and Neil to invest in new projects as the original companies continued to grow. The current board of Directors has continued with this ethos which has resulted in the formation and steady growth of Jasmine Property Investments and Revolve Systems,

Jasmine’s development has gathered momentum in recent years with the acquisition and development of The Barber's Pole which now has eight shops across the city and suburbs. An established creative marketing agency called Covey McCormick was also acquired, merged with Mackenzie PR and rebranded as Citrus Mix, the North-east’s newest fully integrated communications agency.

Company wise things are always evolving at Jasmine Holdings, we don’t stand still for long. Our positive approach to CSR is also something we are continually striving to improve and the creation of The Jasmine Charity Challenge in 2010 has allowed us to build on our strong links with local charities, secondary schools and the North-east community as a whole.
