WELCOME Jasmine Holdings was formed in the mid 1990’s by George Cowie and Neil Stewart to hold their share in three Businesses in Aberdeen, James Aiken Sheetmetal, Printagraph and Aiken Offshore which is now Aiken Group. Although these Businesses provide a very diverse range of Products and Services, there are similarities in the way that they have all built up solid reputations throughout the North-east and beyond for consistently providing quality, service and value to their clients THE JASMINE LINK The formation of Jasmine allowed George and Neil to invest in new projects as the original companies continued to grow. The result of this investment has seen the formation and steady growth of Finesse Quality Coatings, The Finesse Limo Company and Jasmine Property Investments. Jasmine’s development has gathered momentum in recent years with the acquisition of The Barber's Pole and Covey McCormick. In the coming years, Jasmine Holdings aims to continue to back good people with good ideas and add to the Jasmine link through acquisition and the formation of new companies.
