Jasmine Holdings is marketing a range of commercial property throughout the city as the group responds to demand for cost-effective office and industrial accommodation.

Opportunities include office space for up to 12 people at the new James Aiken premises in Bridge of Don, with the 800 sq ft open plan suite offered on a serviced basis with rent, rates, utilities and internet connection included in the monthly rent.

In the harbour area, available properties include a workshop and office on York Place providing 4,700 sq ft as well as a mix of units on Wellington Street totalling 14,000 sq ft. With the potential to be divided in a number of configurations, the Wellington Street site includes office, workshop and storage areas.

Serviced office accommodation at Citrus House in East Tullos is also available, with suites of various sizes being marketed.

Group managing director Danny Cowie said: “Given the economic challenges facing the north-east, we view cost effective commercial property as an important focus for 2016.

“We are in the position to be able to offer space at rates well below local averages and are willing to be flexible with terms. Initial interest has come from start-up companies through to established businesses seeking alternative accommodation, so the appeal is wide.”
