PROPERTY  Formed in 2009 Jasmine Property Investments (JPI) is headed up by Managing Director Gregor Forrester, a commercial property solicitor with almost twenty years of experience in the Aberdeen property market. JPI is mainly owned by Jasmine Holdings and the subsidiary companies. The intention over the next few years is to build up a solid portfolio of properties which will make JPI and the other companies within the group stronger in the future. The companies in which Jasmine Holdings currently holds shares own more than 20 properties and have combined property assets of over £6m. JPI are always looking to acquire new properties in all sectors and will look at all property opportunities. JPI can also use their vast local network and local knowledge to offer a fantastic consultancy service. JPI and the other Jasmine related companies have several commercial and residential units available to lease throughout the North-east.
